ExpertHonors.com is operated by Silent West, a Delaware limited liability company, doing business as Expert Honors. Expert Honors is the parent platform of a network of independent professional recognition programs across law, medicine, private capital, technology, and real estate.

We are committed to full transparency regarding our business model, commercial relationships, and how they relate — and critically, do not relate — to our editorial recognition process.

This disclosure is made in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) 2023 updated Guides Concerning Endorsements and Testimonials (16 C.F.R. Part 255) and applies to ExpertHonors.com and, at the platform level, to all Network Programs operated by Silent West.

Silent West operates the following recognition programs under the Expert Honors umbrella, each with its own program-specific Advertiser Disclosure:

Expert Honors operates a two-part platform at the network level:

1. Recognition Programs (Editorial — No Purchase Required)

Each Network Program identifies and recognizes professionals and firms within its respective industry through rigorous, independent editorial evaluation. Recognition across all Network Programs is based solely on editorial criteria developed and applied by Expert Honors' human editorial team, supported by proprietary AI-assisted research tools. No purchase is required to be nominated, evaluated, or recognized across any Network Program. Nomination does not guarantee inclusion.

2. Commercial Products and Services (Optional — Paid)

Separately from the editorial recognition process, Expert Honors and its Network Programs offer optional paid products and services. At the platform level, these include:

• Sponsorships and Brand Partnerships: Organizations may pay to sponsor Expert Honors and specific Network Programs, receiving defined brand visibility, promotional benefits, and access to honoree audiences as described in their sponsorship agreement.
• Network Program Commercial Products: Each Network Program separately offers optional paid products such as directory listings, profile activation, verification services, promotional products, and promotional services. See each program's Advertiser Disclosure for details.

Payment for any sponsorship or commercial product or service — at the platform level or within any Network Program — does not influence, guarantee, or affect recognition selection in any Network Program. These are entirely separate tracks, maintained through structural and operational separation.

Expert Honors accepts sponsorships from brands seeking to connect with verified honorees and industry decision-makers. Sponsors receive defined promotional benefits as described in their agreements, which may include brand placement, audience access, and co-marketing opportunities.

Sponsors do not receive:

• Any influence over recognition selection decisions in any Network Program
• Any ability to nominate, guarantee selection for, or block recognition of any specific individual or firm
• Any representation that their sponsorship constitutes an endorsement by Expert Honors of their products or services
• Any ability to direct the editorial content of Expert Honors or any Network Program

We may receive financial compensation from sponsors whose brands appear on ExpertHonors.com. This compensation does not affect our editorial process.

References to "top 1%" across Expert Honors and its Network Programs are editorial characterizations based on Expert Honors' proprietary composite scoring methodology applied within each program's defined candidate cohort. They are not based on a universally standardized external metric, government database, or independent third-party ranking. "Top 1%" is a characterization of relative standing within Expert Honors' internal evaluation framework, not an absolute claim about all professionals in any jurisdiction or industry.

Expert Honors' editorial evaluation process incorporates proprietary AI-assisted research and analysis tools across all Network Programs. These tools aggregate and analyze publicly available professional data to support the identification and evaluation of nominees. Final recognition decisions across all Network Programs are made by Expert Honors' human editorial team. The use of AI tools is disclosed to maintain transparency with users, honorees, and the public about how our selection process works. AI tools do not make autonomous recognition decisions.

ExpertHonors.com and Network Program sites may publish sponsored content, advertisements, and promotional materials. When content is sponsored or constitutes paid placement, it will be clearly labeled as "Sponsored," "Advertisement," "Partner Content," or similar language. Sponsored content does not reflect editorial determinations by Expert Honors.

ExpertHonors.com and Network Program sites may participate in affiliate programs and earn a commission when you click on certain links or make purchases through links on these sites. Where such affiliate relationships exist, they will be clearly disclosed at or near the relevant content.

The recognition decisions of Expert Honors and all Network Programs are made exclusively under each program's published criteria, independent of all commercial relationships. This editorial independence is the foundation of the Expert Honors network's credibility and is non-negotiable across all programs.

No individual, firm, sponsor, or third party has the ability to purchase, guarantee, or otherwise influence a recognition outcome in any Expert Honors Network Program.

In accordance with FTC guidelines, Expert Honors discloses the following material connections at the network level:

• Sponsors and advertisers have paid for placement, promotion, or access on ExpertHonors.com or within Network Programs.
• Honorees across Network Programs who purchase optional paid products or services have a commercial relationship with Expert Honors in addition to their editorial recognition.
• Directory listees across Network Programs have a paid commercial relationship with the applicable Network Program.
• Where testimonials, endorsements, or recognition-based statements appear from honorees, sponsors, or directory listees, those individuals or firms may have a commercial relationship with Expert Honors or a Network Program that should be disclosed to their audience.

Expert Honors recognition across all Network Programs is an editorial designation for professional visibility purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice, a referral, or an endorsement of any honoree's services. Users should conduct independent due diligence before engaging any professional. Specific disclaimers for each regulated industry are contained in the applicable Network Program's Advertiser Disclosure and Terms of Service.
