No purchase will increase your chances of being selected, and no rejection of a purchase will decrease your chances of being selected. Recognition decisions across all Expert Honors Network Programs are made entirely on editorial criteria by Expert Honors' independent editorial team and applicable program editorial processs.

This policy applies to all Expert Honors recognition programs operated by Silent Rich LLC, including:

• Med Honors (MedHonors.com) — healthcare professionals
• Capital Honors (CapitalHonors.com) — private capital professionals
• Tech Honors (TechHonors.com) — technology companies

Eligibility for each Network Program is governed by that program's specific terms. Generally, recognition is open to qualified professionals and firms operating in the relevant industry who meet the applicable program's evaluation criteria. Employees, officers, and immediate family members of Silent Rich LLC and its affiliates are not eligible for recognition through any Network Program. Void where prohibited by law.

Self-nominations and third-party nominations are accepted and evaluated using the same editorial criteria across all programs. Submission of a nomination does not guarantee selection in any program.

No account creation, payment, or purchase is required at any step of any nomination submission.

Each Network Program applies its own structured editorial evaluation criteria, calibrated to its specific industry. All programs incorporate the following common elements:

• Community-driven nomination discovery
• Independent research and verification using publicly available data and AI-assisted research tools
• Evaluation under each program's published criteria, applied uniformly to every candidacy
• Uniform application of criteria across all nominees within each program

Final recognition decisions across all programs are made in Expert Honors' sole editorial discretion under published criteria. All decisions are final and made in Expert Honors' sole editorial discretion. Expert Honors reserves the right to decline any nomination for any reason, including adverse regulatory actions, significant disciplinary history, or conduct materially inconsistent with professional standards.

If selected, an Expert Honors or applicable Network Program representative may contact the honoree via email or other means to inform them of their recognition. This communication is for notification purposes only and does not require any purchase or response.

Recognized professionals and firms will be listed on the applicable Network Program site at no cost.

Following notification, honorees may optionally elect to purchase program-specific optional products and services, which vary by program and may include enhanced profile or directory features, verification services, physical award products, and promotional services. All optional products and services are described on each program's site. Declining to purchase any optional product or service will not affect an honoree's recognition status, listing, or future eligibility in any program.

Expert Honors recognition across all Network Programs is an editorial designation for professional visibility and reputational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice, a referral, a recommendation to engage any honoree's services, or an endorsement by any licensing or regulatory authority. Program-specific disclaimers are contained in each program's Terms of Service and Advertiser Disclosure.

Expert Honors makes no representations or guarantees regarding the business impact, professional benefit, lead generation, or visibility outcomes of recognition in any Network Program.

Expert Honors reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any recognition program or category at any time. The most current version of this Policy will always be available at ExpertHonors.com. Program-specific No Purchase Necessary Policies are maintained on each program's site.

Expert Honors recognition programs are intended to operate as independent editorial recognition programs, not as lotteries, sweepstakes, or games of chance under applicable state law. No element of chance is involved in the selection process across any program; all selections are made based on structured editorial evaluation criteria. To the extent any state requires registration of any program as a sweepstakes or promotion, Expert Honors will comply with applicable requirements or modify the program for residents of that state.
